Having been a part of over 100 purchaser transactions, there is very little I haven't seen. I am completely comfortable having difficult discussions.

There are hundreds of overpriced properties. Presenting an offer lower than the asking price is more than just shooting your shot and hoping. I present precise data and justification along with the offer, to help the seller agent justify my client's number.

If an offer is accepted, the job is not done. Whether it's perimeter drains, roof, mould, foundation issues, etc., these items are expensive and potentially cash expenses. An experienced agent in these situations will save you tens of thousands.

I’ve partnered with developers at every level in Victoria, including representing Viking Properties on Thetis Lakeside and later on Phase 3 of Pacific Trilogy. I’ve also attended nearly every presale launch since starting my career, and in 2024 expanded into townhouse development.

This experience has given me a clear understanding of which builders deliver quality, who’s credible to work with, and what each project needs to sell successfully.
